Delayed Pixel 3a Order

Like some of the other posters on this forum My Pixel 3a is also delayed. I ordered the phone on 5/10/2019 initially with in store pick up and after 1 week delay I changed it to delivery because I called the help line and they said I might get it faster. It's still not here yet. It's been total of 3 weeks since I orderd it. I called the help line again and they have no idea when it will arrive. However the phone is in stock at a bestbuy store about 30 miles away from me. Can you please help with my order, as I need a new phone and this long of a delay is getting unacceptable.

Getting a new phone is an exciting purchase, so we appreciate that you decided to place your order with us! That said, we know delays are never fun, so this is far from the stress-free shopping experience we planned to provide.

 

It's understandable that you want to know what's going on with your Google Pixel 3a order, and I would be happy to see what I can find out. Using the blue "Private Message" option in my signature, can you please send over your full name, phone number, email and order number?

I'm done. After 2 weeks still nothing. It's been over 1 month since i put the order in. I ordered the pixel 3a because my previous phone was dying. If you still can't ship the phone over 1 month later you have some serious supply chain problems.

It's understandable that you'd be anxious for your Google Pixel 3a to arrive, so it's disappointing that we were unable to get this fulfilled in a workable time-frame for you. Looking into your order, I see that you cancelled it on your end today.

 

This is not how we expected things to play out when you first placed your order with us. I'm sorry that you were still waiting on this phone a month later, as that would leave me feeling discouraged as well. While I wish that things had gone differently with this order, I hope you can give us another chance to provide the level of service you deserve going forward.

I'm in the same boat as you.  Nothing since I purchased the phone May 12.  Was your situation ever resolved?
