I am trying to determine whether an order will eventually be delivered. The order was placed on November 25, 2021 and tracking indicates that it has been delayed since December 12, 2021. No further information is available on line. Therefore, if the items are unlikely to be delivered and remain in limbo, how do I proceed in requesting that my credit card be credited?
