I placed an order on 11/5/19 and was given a delievery date of 11/7/19. On 11/7/19 I recieved an email that the order is delayed. No new delievery date given just that it may take a month. When I look at the item online it appears I could pick it up in store within an hour, but I cancel the current order.

I meant to say, I cannot cancel the current order.

Ive already posted this but have not gotten any reply from Bestbuy.
