Delayed Order for more than 1 months?!????

I ordered an item last week, was estimated to arrive yesterday, now I get an email this morning saying “sorry delayed until April 20”!!! I can’t wait 1 month for this essential item — and you won’t even let me cancel? Who on earth has 1 month to wait for an item that was estimated to arrive within 4 days? If that isn’t false consumer information then what is. At least let me cancel the order or get on the phone with someone without a 3 hour wait.

I am so appalled at your estore experience and ill make sure my company never orders from you again as an approved vendor after this horrendous experience — and I will escalate to corporate too.

I can of course understand where you are coming from on this, and having an order I just placed with another retailer delayed that long I can relate here. It's likely this date of April 20th is just an estimate. Can you send me a private message with your name, phone number, email address, and order number?
