Delayed Order and No Change in Status

Hello. I ordered a phone Thursday (two days ago) from BestBuy.com and for some reason, it claimed it would be delivered by Saturday but I saw no change in status till the end of the day. Now when I look at the status it says

"We'll Let You Know When It Ships"

Now in this situation I am 150$ lighter and still have no idea when my phone is going to be delivered. I am not even able to cancel the order. I really needed a compatible phone with US carriers and now I'm in this debacle. I genuinely would appreciate it if something works out. I can't afford to wait longer than two-three days as I'm an international student and require providing my phone number to a lot of places.

Please advise. I am worried and am willing to go to the store and get the phone myself if delivery is an issue.

Welcome to our Best Buy forum community! We know how important it is to have a working phone, so we appreciate that you came to us for such an important purchase. That said, this isn't the experience we intended when you placed your order, so I'm glad you came to us with your concerns.
