Delayed Delivery

So.. I bought a laptop on the 18/12 and I choose a two day delivery so I was expecting my item to be delivered today, the 20th. I woke up with a message saying that the delivery was delayed and I got no problem until I saw it was delayed until january 4th. So first of all I ordered my laptop giving you guys a lot of time to avoid it could possibly be arriving late , second of all if I knew that it could take that long I would have bought it anywhere else.

What I need to know is , when my laptop is going to arrive, because I just can’t wait that long , and you guys just emailed me saying that it was delayed without giving me any kind of explanation.

So I need and answer from you guys to at least reassure me that my item will be delivered before de 27th, it was suppose to arrive today, and in the page still says that specific item has a two day delivery option. You guys hace plenty of time.

And I know sometimes this things happens and believe if I didn’t need this item before that specific date I wouldn’t be writing this right now. But things are that I need you guys to come with a solution.

I was looking at that laptop in the best buy web page, says get it by december 26th, I supposed since I order mine earlier should arrive at that date if not earlier. Still waiting for an answer. Please help.

I was able to locate your purchase using the details you shared upon registering with the forum community, however, you don’t appear to be the original purchaser. Our Privacy Policy shares that we’d be only able to assist the original purchaser.
