Currently I have 2 items under the same order that I placed an order for on Jan 8. it has since passed the initial delivery date with the status always showing "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item". I have received no updates (it was supposed to be delivered on Jan 17, which I have no idea why it was set to this date as that was a holiday). THis has happened before. I would like to get an update to my items actual delivery date.
