Delay with my order !

Hello, I received this message: Roberto, there is a delay in your order.
In the email says I have to wait a month to receive my product. And when I look at the site, it has the same product in stock in stores near my address. I see that this is a recurring problem. I would like to know when my product will be delivered. Thank you
