With the order number {removed per forum guidelines}, I was trying to purchase a laptop for $1919 on Nov. 11. The order got canceled right after one or two minutes I placed it. It said that couldn't verify the card information I used.
I don't want to buy stuff at bestbuy anymore since I think I got played and the question is whether I can get my money back.
I tried the online customer service once, three times by phone call, all I got we hlep you record this information which might faster the process, but now it's over ten days I got nothing.
I wonder whether I could get my money back and would it happen in next century or what. It just like a fraud, anyone who has the similar experience please help me.
