Defective item replacement

I ordered this grounded tap but it is defective; the hole for the 6th socket is not punched out. Unfortunately this is a really thick plastic and I was unable to punch a hole myself. Can I request a replacement shipped out to me?

Welcome back to our forums!  Having one of the sockets covered up by plastic pretty much defeats the purpose of that sixth socket there, so I can certainly understand wanting to explore your options.  You’ve certainly come to the right place for help, and I’ll be happy to provide any additional assistance I can.

 

For starters, if you receive an item that is defective, or not quite what you were expecting, utilizing our Return & Exchange Promise is a good way to make sure you’re either getting the item you were looking for, or returning your order to us for a refund. 

 

Most products are eligible for return within 15 days after the order is delivered, however, I’d like to look into your order further, and make sure we’re exploring all options available for you.  In order for me to begin my research, I’ll ask that you send me a private message with the following information:
