YIKES!!! The item I received today (to give as a gift) came totally damaged. This is hard to explain but - the item was NOT on the cardboard package, the item/s were smashed. It looked like an angry child got hold of the toy and ripped it off the package - and Best Buy sent it to me!
I know that I can return it but, it would cost more to return the item than the item cost on sale. I am very disappointed in Best Buy and whoever thought it would be OK to send a customer such a messed up item. The item should have been thrown in the trash - never, ever sent to a paying customer!
