I received a computer on 2/5/2020 and it was damaged due to being poorly packaged. I have called to have the computer repaired and after a long time on hold and talking to different representatives I was told I had to bring the computer into a local store. I purchased the computer by mail and am requesting a return postage mailing lable to have the computer returned for a refund.
