Damaged TV delivered to your store and now I am stucj with it

Ordered a TV online and had it delivered to your store.  The employee glanced in the box using only his iphone light (never pulled the tv out of the box) and said "You are good to go".  Never said if this is damaged, you cannot bring it back after you leave the store.  Now, of course, like many people on this forum have complained about, I am stuck with a damaged TV. 


If you policy if not to accept product back if it was damaged (not a scratch on the box and it was handled appropriately), then you need to tell the consumer.  I am very disappointed in your stance on this and will consider alternative sources going forward.


I strongly advise people to consider purchasing from a company that will not stand behind a sale.

This may be a little bit of a different situation. If the TV was good to go, and it was shipped to a store, this would be able to be sent back to where ever it came from as a damaged TV.


Then again if you accept it and walk off with the TV and damage is there when you take it out of the box, it's a he said she said type of issue and you may or may not get an exchange.


If it's sent via a carrier, this may be able to have a claim against the courier that sent the package. You may wish to file a claim online against the delivery partner to see if you can get your money back.

Thanks for posting to our forum for support. I hate to hear your TV may have been damaged when you left the store with it, and I can imagine your disappointment to see its condition when you got home.
