Hi,
I recently placed an order with you guys and the order was shipped out via a few different tracking numbers.
One of the tracking number failed to deliver and when i tracked the tracking number, UPS has the order status stuck "Damage Reported" with no further update.
Can i please have a replacement sent for the units contained in this package? Thanks and Please help!
