DON'T DELIVER AND WON'T REFUND TILL THEY LIKE

I bought a iPad and 2 google nests on Nov 11. Paid next day delivery. Google nests delivered on Nov 12 happens that the end of the day the iPad was not shipped had status like "preparing" right after checking that got a message telling me the iPad couldn't be delivered ( what is a LIE) bestbuy, FedEx, USPS, UPS delivered the same day at the same address weird isn't it? Diidnt hot my iPad didn't had refund an dwont have my 1000 bucks back until they like and it might be like in several days. After that called costumer service 3 times spent like 1h in one of the calls half a hour in the others even attended by a so called supervisor named Liam. All of them told me same ok our mistake but we don't care and you have to wait the regular process to have your money back. WORST BUY EVEN WORST COSTUMER SERVICE

What did you need to accomplish out of this whole issue you're facing?

 

Did you see part of your order cancelled when you logged into your account or what is going on?
