Customer service?

I have a problem with my order {Removed per forum guidelines}. The item is advertised with 8GB of RAM. But because one of the negative customer reviews claimed it really came with 4GB RAM, I did an online chat with a rep to check and he assured me that it did come with 8GB RAM.  I believed him so I ordered it, waited over week to get it via UPS, got it all setup, and did a system check. Guess what? It only has 4GB RAM in the system.Smiley Sad I want a partial refund or the missing RAM sent to me. The phone rep says to make it right I'll have to ship it back. I don't feel I should be inconvienced any further.
