Customer service processed refund, refund showed up as double charge.

I have an order where I was charged a delivery fee when I wasn’t supposed to. Customer service processed the refund and I even received an email stating I would receive a refund. The next day the refund showed up in my account but it wasn’t a refund it was the same exact charge charged again. So now I have two charges for the delivery fee. After multiple calls back and forth between Best Buy and my bank they both just point the finger at each other. Best Buy customer service and the appliance resolution line claims all they see is the initial charge and that the refund was processed, they don’t see the second charge at all. The bank claims that they post transactions to my account that Bestbuy transmits to them. Both charges are posted and my statement is closed. Before I am forced to initiate a chargeback dispute, I figured I’d reach out to one last place for help. I can conference call with my bank, share my statement or do anything possible to verify I did indeed get double charged instead of refunded.

I’ll add that the bank double and triple checked that the duplicate is indeed a charge and was in no way transmitted to them as a refund.
