Customer service messed up my refund...

I canceled an order and they chose to refund it by sending my gift card to the wrong location!! I call and they said to call once it ships and they will cancel the gift card and give me a digital one....it ships...I call and they said they can't do anything about it.....seriously.....60$ down the drain
