Customer service agent messed up my order!

I price matched an Intel 13700k processor today and the customer service agent asked me for my shipping address. He told me that I would receive an email with a secure payment link. I made the payment and the order showed up in my account after 30 minutes or so. However, to my surprise the order shows that the product has been purchased IN STORE and that too in Richfield, MN when I am out her in New York. Customer service agents on the chat and phone are unable to help and the store does not pick up the phone. Please help me resolve this. Its a lot of headache for a mistake which wasn't even mine!
