I am reaching out here to see if there is any other contact than the phone number. Ive been given the run around and it is horrible. Last phone call was please wait 7-14 days to confirm a refund...for a lost package.
I'll try to sum it up
I bought a 2k Desktop Computer
It never delivered.
I called Lone Star Overnight (the shipper) and they confirmed it was stolen in a robbery of their storage facility. They then erroneously marked it as delivered to signor "DAMAGED". It was never delivered nor damaged, it was just how they code lost packages.
Best buy told me they would refund me in 48 hrs but had to send it to the back office. 4 days later I call (no contact back to me) to get a response that back office said it was delivered. I told them to call the shipper, they told me to call the shipper, I said WHAT! They said i needed to track the package and then if it was returned to them they would finally refund me else I am out for the computer I NEVER RECEIVED.
Bestbuy then send they would send the email back to back office for a 7-14day review after my argument. I am fearing this will happen again but there is no way I can talk to the back office. 1 SIMPLE PHONE CALL TO THE SHIPPER will solve this issue. Now I am out 2k for over a week and I can't do anything about it other than a run around.
I wish there was someone I can talk to....

How interesting. I was supposed to have a Xbox Series X delivered from Lone Star yesterday. It had an inbound scan yesterday morning at 4:26 am and then it was never delivered. I called them last night and they opened a case on it. At this point I'm seriously doubting this will show up. I wonder when this break in was.

Absolutely nuts. I gave them a ticket number with the shipper to prove that the shipper lost the item and I am the one that foots the bill when I never got anything. Lone star told me their facility was robbed halloween night. Anyway Ive been sent to back office denial twice and the back office never called the shipper nor me to confirm anything. They just see the delivered to "damaged" (how lone star codes their lost packages) and assume I received it. THIS IS A HEADACHE
