Customer Service

I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service provided by both in-store and by phone. I was recently promised a price by phone and that notes would be inputted on my profile. I was promised the price was because the item was on sale but was out of stock in-store. I ended up driving 250 miles two weeks later and found the product, but by then the sale price had expired and the item was back to regular price. I wasn’t worried at first but when I tried to purchase the item at the store, they mentioned they couldn’t give me the price quoted. The in-store manager said I would have to call customer service myself in order to get the price approved by a supervisor. When I called I was placed on hold several times and transferred to different personnel totaling over an hour and a half on the phone. All in all, the customer service rep that stated notes would be placed on my profile failed to do his job, causing me to not be able to purchase the product at the price promised.
