Customer Service lines are Busy and Order not delivered

I ordered something on black friday and it was marked delivered by the shipping company OnTrac. I did not recieve the package. I am hoping that they can just send me a another one and work it out with the shipping company but I can't even get ahold of anyone to resolve this.
