Customer Service is lacking

Why is there no customer service email and why is it so hard to get help now? I have pursued multiple laptops from Best Buy in the past. Why is it just now so hard to get help when their system is ineffective? My laptop had a fall and broke over a year and a half ago. I cancelled webroot after it happened as the computer is no longer usable. I ordered a new one last January and waited weeks for it to arrive only to have it cancelled around the estimated arrival date which moved multiple times. I contacted customer service because no one told me anything and no information was provided. I confirmed that all additional subscriptions would be cancelled and I would be refunded the full amount other than the charge for Microsoft office which in itself sucked but is at least understandable. Why do I have to jump through hoops to cancel a service that I shouldn’t have been charged for in the first place and why was I charged for a full year last year when I do not have a computer to use it in? Communication is awful. I had already decided to never shop here again.
