Customer Service at a Store

TO Whom it may concern:*Yesterday at 10:02 AM, I called the local store to discuss a Geeksquad car installation appointment. I was on hold for 59 minutes. After that time, the phone rolled to an operator. She put me on hold again. She didn't even apologize. I finally got another person in Geeksquad. They still never apologized for the hold time. I have an appointment for tomorrow. My order number is ORDER **BBY**-************ I really just want to get my money back. I can see that my local store doesn't care about my business. How can I go about doing this without going in the store?
