Customer Service Sucks

You try to call customer service and hold is over 2 hours. You request call back and 3 hours later you get a call back and the call is not coming from within the Unitied States. Then, only to find out they say that they cannot help you and need to transfer you to correct department. Then, only to find out they have transferred you into the place where you first started and the wait is 2 hours.

 

This, after complaining to the store you made the purchase. They have done nothing about it. You have your online chat unavailable DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. No company, and I mean no company makes it more impossible to talk to someone who can assist you then Best Buy. You have no clue what the two words put together - customer service - means.

 

This has been the most awful customer service, or lack of, experience ever.

 

You cancelled my order a week ago. You cancelled my installation. I never knew why. I had to spend a half a day just trying to find out the answer to this.

 

You are spot on with your cancelations, You are spot on when you took my money for my purchase. The only thing that you have proved incapable to do is refund my money. It is inexcusable what I am having to go through to try and get a refund.

 

Then, I look at my cancelled order today and you show it the order as product total as $0.00.

 

This has been a complete inexcusable joke.

 

Best Buy owes me $626.11. YOU NEED TO PROCESS THIS REFUND TODAY! It has been a week since your cancellation with no reason or explanation. Done with Best Buy. Never, ever again. Process my refund.

STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND. NO COMPANY GOES OUT OF THEIR WAY LIKE BEST BUY DOES TO MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK TO SOMEONE IN AMERICA TO GET THE REFUND THAT BEST BUY OWES YOU. TAKING MY COMPLAINT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE 56 YEARS. THE ABSOLUTE WORST. BEST BUY DOES NOT DESERVE ANYONE'S BUSINESS. THEY CERTAINLY DON'T MAKE ANY EFFORT TO DO ANYTHING TO EARN YOUR BUSINESS - OR YOUR TRUST FOR THST MATTER. PATHETIC!

Look at this. The Best Buy "Moderator" modified my post, removing my order, that I am trying to gert them so they can provide me a refund. But no response. No comment. No refund. No answer. No explanation. no apology No nothing. This people is Best Buy's customer service in action. A joke!

I apologize for the difficulties that you've experienced getting in touch with us during this strange time. In the interest of protecting our customers, employees, and vendor partners, installations have been cancelled due to the COVID-19 outbreak. While I cannot guarantee that this was the reason in your particular case, it may have been, provided the timing of your cancellation.

In most cases, if an order that was placed at the store is cancelled, the store will process through any refunds that are due. I would be happy to connect with them on your behalf and see if there are any updates or complications with your refund.
