Customer Service Issues

Hi, I ordered a computer online on April 16 with help via an online chat agent.  I was expecting the order on April 22.  The UPS Center in Angleton, TX contacts me on April 22 and says they do not have a good address.  The address listed on the package was 200 County Road 17.  The address I have listed in my Best Buy account is 200 County Road 170.  I gave UPS the correct address and they then stated that due to the shipper's restrictions (Best Buy), they could not correct the address.  I had the option to return the computer to Best Buy in Lake Jackson (where I ordered it from) OR drive 45 minutes to the UPS Center to pick it up.  I chose to pick it up from the UPS Center.

In addition to that, when I went online to a chat agent to discuss this, I was dismayed and surprised to receive a rude response online.  In fact, this particular agent cut me off at the end of the discussion.  I did save this transcription.

Would someone discuss this with me?

Welcome to the forum, though I wish you had found us under better circumstances. Ordering a new computer would be incredibly exciting. I'm sure you were eagerly awaiting its arrival on April 22, though I understand how disappointed you may have been to be contacted by UPS and told they couldn't deliver it due to an error in the address. While I'm glad to hear you were able to pick this up, I know this was far from the experience you were hoping for, especially when you had a poor experience with the chat agent when you brought this to our attention.
