It appears your pair of Beats by Dre were returned to our warehouse in Kentucky, and a refund was processed for those on 12/21/17. While reviewing your order in further detail I noticed that your Tzumi Portable Charger shares it’s still in transit to you. Did you receive this item? Often times the tracking details for an APO address can take longer than usual. If you didn’t I’d be happy to discuss the options available at this time.
