Currently deployed

So I put my apo address and I ordered some beats studio 2 and a power bank on the same purchase. The power bank arrived and the beats did not. The beats say they have delivered to somewhere in Kentucky while my apo box is in Chicago. What do I do?

Welcome to the Best Buy Support Online Forum Community! I understand noticing your Beats have been delivered to an address you don’t recognize can surely be frustrating. I appreciate the time you’ve taken to share with us. I’d also like to take the time to apologize for my delayed response due to the holiday season we’ve  been busier than usual, and we’re doing our best to catch up.

 

I took a peek into your order using the details you shared upon joining our forum community. It appears your pair of Beats by Dre were returned to our warehouse in Kentucky, and a refund was processed for those on 12/21/17. While reviewing your order in further detail I noticed that your Tzumi Portable Charger shares it’s still in transit to you. Did you receive this item? Often times the tracking details for an APO address can take longer than usual. If you didn’t I’d be happy to discuss the options available at this time. I look forward to your reply to see how I can assist you further.

I made the comment before the beats refund was posted so I’m sorry about that I was just worried about it being delivered to the wrong address and yes the portable charger arrived to my location. Thank you for your reply!
