My cell trade in order I placed Friday said in stock and ready for pickup Saturday morning. I waited all day Saturday and chat rep keep telling it will for sure be ready in 1-2 hours, I waited outside bestbuy and waited at home all day. Saturday evening rep said Sunday morning for sure. I waited until Sunday and still no wireless cell phone order ready for pickup, I hope someone can help rather than chat rep keep telling me wait another hour

Most orders are ready in 1 to 2 hours but sometimes there can be complications that get in the way. You should receive communication from Best Buy in this case if an order won't make it for pickup in time.

This really makes me angry. If a store doesn’t have a product, then they should not advertised that they do. Not only that but I have absolutely no recourse. I cannot change store locations (granted they may be lying about having it in stock also) and there is no option to ship. I’ve spent quite a bit of money with Best Buy over the years but I can never justify using them again. This is completely disrespectful to me as a customer. It would be one thing if someone accidentally knocked over an entire pallet of MacBooks and therefore it is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances but no, Best Buy is just straight-up lying to get you to make a purchase and after that they don’t care at all. Truly disgusting.
