I recently made a purchase, and attempted to get to the store, but hours had been reduced and I was late, and then I fell ill and could not physically make it to the store. I can get to the store the day after the pick up by date, but I received an email stating the order was canceled. Can the order be un-canceled, or will I need to make a new purchase?

Sorry but canceled orders will need to be reordered. If it was canceled before the end of the pickup window, I would encourage you to reach out to your local store for clarification. That is not the normal process at all.
