Cricket refill card not activated

i have a cricket wireless refill card ordered from and shipped to my house, that was not activated.


the message from cricket when i try to use it is "Card deactivated"


i would like assistance activating this, and was informed by the store close to me that they cant since i used


My account in cricket is not credited so it appears the card was never activated

{removed per forum guidelines}

Activation of prepaid cards can depend on estimated time of arrival which if it came sooner then that would be why. Also their could be a system error and needs to be either manually activated and/or reissued. If you call 888-237-8289 they can can definitely get this figured out for you.

Welcome to Best Buy's online community. I'm sorry to hear that the Cricket Wireless card you received isn't working when you try and activate it. It can be upsetting to be running low on funds in your account and then find out that your prepaid card arrived inactivated.
