Cricket Subscription

I can't seem to cancel this subscrition. The payment won't go through but I still get emails about the payment being declined.

Cricket is a prepaid phone provider. There are no costs to subscribe. Any cancellation requests should be directed to their support. I am not sure how your cancellation request relates to Best Buy as they are the middle man for selling these branded phones and related products.

Late reply but I should have clarified that I subscribed to get a $60 refill card when I had the service.
