Hi, I just purchased a Cricket SIM and phone online.
The Cricket Rep told me that I have to drive back out to best buy since they didn't activate my SIM card?
I'm busy at work now, is there a way we can do this over the phone?

Welcome to our community. It can be a bit frustrating to discover that the product you just purchased isn't working as expected, especially if it's due to an oversight. I regret your having to cope with such circumstances.
For products purchased online but picked up in store, the store completes any needed activation. In this case, you would need to revisit the store to have them properly activate your SIM card.
