I just purchased a Cricket Wireless $50 prepaid refill card to set up a new account with Cricket. I had also purchased the SIM for Cricket there. I put the SIM in, put the IMEI and ICCID numbers in and went through the prompts on Cricket's site to get the account set up. When I entered the PIN from the card into the site, it came back with a message saying the card was deactivated. Any ideas on what can be done to correct? I tried talking to Cricket and they weren't able to adequately address.

Good afternoon, Kurt,
Welcome to our forums! My apologies for the delayed response, as we’ve been experiencing a bit of a backlog on our Support Forums over the past few days, causing us to reply to our customers a bit later than we’d typically expect. I’m sorry to hear there seems to be an issue with the Cricket Wireless cards you’ve purchased with us, but I’m optimistic we’ll be able to get those activated for you in no time.
Depending on how the cards were purchased, your options to get them activated may vary. If you purchased them at a brick and mortar Best Buy store, I recommend returning to that store to request their assistance in getting the card activated. If you’ve purchased the card online, I’ll be happy to see what I can do to get it activated, however, I’ll just need some additional information from you. If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me:
