Hello, zaidobaidi,
Welcome to our forums!
I’ll be happy to take a closer look into this matter and offer any additional assistance I can, however, I’m hoping you can provide me with a few pieces of additional information before I’m able to do so. If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me:
• Your first and last name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your order number
This should be enough for me to begin my research, and hopefully get you the assistance you’re looking for.
Regards,

I feel like I was taken advantage of as a customer. After 12 months of paying my balance, I had about $250 remaining balance and I decided that I will increase my payments from $50 to $100 to pay it faster. My understanding that there will be interesting applied after the 12 months on the remaining balance and that it will be collected on monthly basis depending on how much balance you have left and I was ok with it but never thought that they will charge me $225 immediately and a head of time as a fee on the $1000 original balance that is almost completely paid off. No clear communication or clarification of this fee was delivered to me and if I didn’t decide to check my account randomly today, I wouldn’t have known nothing about it. If I knew this was going to happen, I would have happily paid the remaining amount before the end of the 12 months period. I feel like I was taken advantage of as a customer and charged an additional amount without my knowledge. It’s a shame on big companies like Best Buy and Citi bank. Congratulations, you lost a customer for life
Only Citibank can help you with this issue. The terms and conditions at the time of financing are clear and lined out when you sign up for the credit card. These are all over the BBY Site at the time of sign up. Also your physical card should of had this literature as well. Signing into your My Best Buy Credit Card account would give you this information. I find it difficult to believe this was not communicated to you.

Luckily the interest information is contained in the Schumer Box, eliminating the need to read and understand the rest of the pages. Every statement lets you know how much interest has accrued and the expiration date of the promotion and in which the deffered interest will be applied to the account.
