Credit Card Fraud

Hello, BestBuy

 

I have never used BestBuy.com and even I have no account at BestBuy.com

 

Today earlier morning[s.Korea time 2021.04.03.06:34:06]

 

I got a message from the bank text message and it was withdrawn 842.95 USD and S.Korea time

2021.04.03.06:55:18 and then it was withdrawn again 421.99USD from my Master Credit Card

 

I called my Credit card company and blocked to use the Credit Card

 

Once again someone tried to purchase from BestBuy 826.94USD but it was blocked and declined by the Bank

 

How this happened I have no account at bestbuy.com and have never used it before

 

Please reply us and I strongly ask BestBuy to cancel the purchase and get a refund of my fraud Credit Card

Below is my Fraud Card payment info / Here in South Korea Time transaction information

 

$842.95 {removed per forum guidelines} Bestbuy.com (2021.04.03 06:34:06 / GMT +09:00)

$421.99  {removed per forum guidelines} Besbuy.com (2021.04.03 06:55:18 / GMT +09:00)

 

Please check and cancel the purchase order and get refund

Welcome to our forums.  As someone who has had their payment information stolen in the past, I can certainly understand your concern regarding any suspicious charges you may be seeing on your credit card statement. 

 

While it sounds like you’ve already contacted your credit card company to block the use of your card, if you haven’t done so yet, I would also recommend requesting they cancel and replace the card linked to these charges you’re referring to.  Additionally, if you did not place any orders with us, I would recommend disputing any suspicious charges with your credit card company, and follow any additional steps they may provide you.
