Corporate Complaint

I ordered a mini fridge which came severly damaged. I called and a new one was sent out. The second one came damaged again. I do not hve the boxes as I was told by customer service to keep both andhat I would receive a partial refund. I called to check on the refund and was told that they never told me that and to send them back and I needed to buy boxes.Nope! not going to spend my money. Who can I talk to at the corporate office
