CorelDraw Home and Students suites 2019 downlaod failed

Hi,

I purchased the digital version of CorelDraw Home and Students suites 2019, and it shows up in my digital library.

But no matter how I click download icon, it only give me this error message:

An error occurred while processing your request.

No matter how I change my expolorer， IE, Firefox, Chrome, no any sucess.

Please help me send me the correct download link. I need to intall to my laptop.
