Continuous cancellation of orders

Hi bestbuy,

I have been trying to make a purchase online but I keep getting cancelled multiple times. Similar to a couple of cases I see on the forum today, it goes through but gets cancelled 5 mins later. Purchases were done using my Giftcard so it won’t be a bank rejection for sure.

Welcome to our community and thank you for taking the time to post here. Placing orders online is a great way to get some new tech, and I understand wanting check up on that. Typically, when orders are cancelled immediately it's because we can't verify the information provided on the order, such as the billing information or shipping address.
