Greetings. I have an account issue on Bestbuy.com, as well as on the android apps (phone and tablet.) Every Single Time..... EVERY SINGLE TIME I attempt to use Bestbuy.com, or the Best Buy App on my phone, OR the Best Buy App on my tablet, I have to reset my password. I can select Keep Me Logged In, come back the next day and... I have to go through the password reset process all over again.
I went through the calling for support process and received an inapplicable reply from someone who obviously didn't read my issue's description.
Can someone please direct me to an actual person who - after some conversation on the phone - can reset whatever flag has been hoisted on my account? It's getting pretty frustrating.

Thank you for reaching out to us! I understand how having issues accessing your account would be frustrating and I will be happy to help. Typically when this issue occurs, you will need to disable the ad blocker. Also, if you are using a google search to pull up BestBuy.com, you will need to make sure to not click the one that says "Ad" at the beginning. If you need me to look into this further, please send me a private message with your full name, email address, and phone number. You can send this by clicking my name located on the left hand side.
