I see there are many safety precautions being taken for Curbside pick-up of items ordered at Best Buy, which is very good. However, one matter that is of some concern to me are returns. According to the website, they are seemingly only able to be handled in store? I would like to purchase a TV from Best Buy, but in the case that something is wrong with it, I want to be able to return it, and don't feel safe doing so in store with Covid-19 cases rising again in my State. Are there any options for Contactless Curbside Returns like there are for pick-up?

Hello again, kc44135!
Thank you for reaching back out to us through the forums. As you can tell, we are a little backed up on inquiries, and I apologize for this delayed response. Regardless, we want to make sure you receive the support you've been searching for.
As the safety of our customers and employees is our top priority, Best Buy is taking extra precautions when it comes to in-store experiences. This includes curbside services involving returns. Information on our in-store safety precautions can be found here. You are welcome to contact your local store regarding what this process would look like.
You are also encouraged to ship us your return using our prepaid return label. More about how this works can be found on our returns page here.
Hope this helps,
