Hello, I've been trying in vain to find someone to relay information to about a possible exploit in Best Buy's billing system. I do not wish to post this information publicly as people would be taking advantage of it. The information was provided to me by a customer support representative, so contacting customer support about it doesn't seem logical. It's also likely outside the scope of what customer support would normally deal with. Any help would be appreciated so I don't have to keep scouring the Internet trying to find an appropriate method of contact for this.
