Everytime I attempt to sign in to the BB app, it prompts me to change my password.
Password works fine to get in to .com on desltop webpage. However, when I try to look at details for an order that has been delayed, it does not accept my password. Multiple browsers, no issues with any other sites, nothing blocked.
I have changed password twice over the past week. Nothing has changed. Not enjoying this, especially during the holidays, ESPECIALLY with delayed outstanding orders.
What's the problem?
