On February 5th, I ordered from Best Buy and the amount was laughed on my Visa credit card, but I never received an email on my order or on the delivery or invoice proving my purchase. When I asked on the website chat the person could not find my order, but I did have the amount taken on my credit card. I am very worried and stressed by all this. I never thought that a store as big as Best Buy would scare me for my money. I need help please. If it is possible to contact me by email so that I can give you more information on this. Thank you so much.
