Confirmation email not received

I placed an order online but never received a confirmation email nor does the order show up on my account. However, my credit card was charged. Any help resolving this would be appreciated.

Good question! You should have definitely received a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, so it’s understandably concerning if you never got one but are seeing a pending charge on your method of payment. I’d be happy to help however possible.

 

Upon review of your account using the information associated with your forum profile, I see your recent order did in fact go through. Short of a system update or error, I’m not sure why you didn’t receive confirmation; however, please know your purchase is currently right on track to arrive by the end of tomorrow.
