I hope this email finds you well!
I am writing as I purchased a MacBook Air on 7/5/20 and due to physician orders requiring me to self-quarantine as I am immunocompromised, I appear to be ineligible to take advantage of an incredible match opportunity.
When I purchased my MacBook Pro from in you 2017, you matched a very similar offer with Beats headphones. This was in the time without COVID.
I have medical documentation which supports my inability to come to the store in the timeframe required to take advantage of the offer found in the link below:

In this offer, if I was well, I would have received AirPods with the education pricing.
BestBuy has always been amazing to shop with and I am concerned that due to COVID those of us who are immunocompromised are forced to forgo opportunities those who are well are not.
