We offer a 15-day Return & Exchange Promise for most of the products we sell. If your order is defective or missing, we're happy to help you look into options during this time frame. Based on your post, it sounds like this order was made in December, is that correct? Because so much time has passed since this was placed I would recommend working with FedEx to file a missing package claim.
