Yep got the same answer said its supposed to be here today, and got told to call tomorrow if its not here for a refund.

Did you at least get a tracking number? I was reassured that it's never going to come today, so I don't have to worry about missing the delivery just because the BB site says that it's shipped and should be arriving today.

You know your item isn't lost. BB just has it sitting in a warehouse somewhere. You can get an idea of the state of things at BB by the fact that fired over 51,000 employees just last week. Things aren't looking good.

Only the one I got originally when the label was created which says ontrac hasnt even got the package yet.

Sounds like they have to ship this item from a store or warehouse farther away, or possibly direct from the manufacturer.  Delays are inconvenient for everyone, but they're also unavoidable, especially during this unprecedented time.  Priority tends to go to more commonly-needed items, but this should be on the way as soon.

Well at least... you kinda know where it's at currently? Better than to be left completely in the dark and worrying that your stuff was stolen and completely lost.

Shipping issue

Best Buy shipped but ontrac says Best Buy has not released the package. Would appreciate if someone would look into this for me.  Seems to me my package is lost.

Order not updating

I ordered a laptop and paid for faster shipping. It is supposed to be delivered tomorrow, however my order status is still "getting is ready" if it is to arrive tomorrow I feel like I should have a shipping number already. Can anyone assist me?

It's now Monday, four days past the original estimated pick-up date. Neither the store nor the customer agent at the toll-free number is able to tell for certain the status of my order. Being close to several metropolitan areas, I know there is a warehouse 73 miles away from the store (showing "low stock") and another 104 miles away from the store (no "low stock" warning, so presumably it has plenty).

 

I understand that with the on-going pandemic and the furlough of a large percentage of Best Buy employees, those who remain on the job are all stressed out, so we all need to take a deep breath and be patient. That said, the shipping/pickup estimates given on the website when making the purchase are way too optimstic, and in this day and age not being able to tell if the product is already enroute to the store is unbelievable - I have ordered tires from Costco multiple times over the years, even though the distribution center was owned and operated by a third-party (Michelin) I was always given notification by Costco when the tires were on its way to the store.

 

Now back to waiting some more Smiley Tongue
