Order showing arriving today has not arrived

I had an order purchased on April 16th and it says in the order details that it should arrive today (April 19th). However, although I received the tracking email, the status is just shipped and on the delicery company's tracking website, it says "we have yet to receive the package from the shipper". So the delivery company probably did not even get the package now and clearly I cannot track where is the package. I also have not received any delay email from best buy so I am wondering how long would it actually take for the package delivering to my home.

Online said that my item is shipped but OnTrac hasn't receive the item.

I recently purchased a gaming mouse on the 17th of April 2020. Bestbuy.com says the item has been shipped and the delivery date is 4/19. And I haven't received my item yet. Please help.

Now it does not even provide an arrival time on order details page but "shipped on Apr 17, 2020". Is there any help on tracking the package and checking new estimated arrival time?

Tracking Not Updated

I preordered Final Fantasy 7 remake premium deluxe edition which comes with both the game and bestbuy exclusive goodies. It was shipped as 2 different orders. I recieved the goodies but not the game. Best Buy claims both were shipped on April 8th, 2020 and it is now April 20th and the tracking for the order still only states label created. How can I figure out where or when my package is coming?

Yes, you probably should thank him.  He's trying to consolidate all of your posts, each containing different information, into 1 thread so that once a member of the Moderator Team reaches your post in their queue they can be better equipped to handle your inquiry.  

 

Unfortunately, so many people just post random stuff all over the place that they have to perform this "housekeeping".  If everyone would consolidate their posts, replying to their own topic when they have something they left out, then the moderators would have even more time to work on replying.  Sadly, that's not the case.

Ordered Online but...

Ordered a new hard drive from Bestbuy.com and got the order confirmation email about it saying it's estimated delivery will be on the 22nd, but I checked the tracking and it says it's "Getting it Ready" but has been in that status for about three to four days now and it's drawing pretty close to Wednesday the 22nd without any progress of shipping. Is my order delayed or something glitched or what? Tried to call Best Buy service but I sure as heck ain't gonna be sitting on wait call for about 2 hours. That's just crazy!

Shipment has been delayed


(4/19/20) Hello, I ordered a laptop Thursday of last week. I paid an additional $30 for faster shipping. As of this afternoon I’m looking at the order on my account and it says the status is “getting it ready”. My concern is that it keeps telling me it will be delivered tomorrow but as far as I can tell that will not be the case. Do you have the ability to look into this a bit further for me? I also noticed the charge is still pending on my card further indicating that the item hasn’t shipped yet. Any insight to this would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Update (4/20/20) Status changed this morning....shipment has been delayed. If item isn’t shipped by Monday 4/27 it says the order will be canceled. What is happening? And can I get refunded on the additional shipping cost I paid for?

I suspect that they just packaged the order and now it's sitting in a warehouse but the system has marked it as shipped. That's why there is no tracking number.

If that's the case, I'm expecting a $20 refund for shipping. I paid to get it delivered today but if that's not happening then it's only right to refund the shipping.
