No Tracking info

My order says it was shipped but there is no tracking info being provided. "We’re waiting for UPS to provide your tracking information, but it should be available soon."

 

My order says it will arrive tomorrow.

Pickup Delay

Bestbuy.com's tracking for items that are "Being Prepared for Pickup" is terrible. I didn't find out via website until the day after I was anticipating item pickup that the item was not yet available. I called the store day of and verified that it was not available. Additionally prior to this, the message displayed always read "Preparing for Pickup" there were never any additional details that led me to believe the order was moving in any way.

 

The store also said it may be unlikely to get the item. I'm upset that Bestbuy.com let the item be ordered in the first place if it was not going to be shipped to the store. I understand that it is hard to get at this time but why let it be purchased and why tell me it would be available by that day? 

 

So the information that I want to get is whether or not the order will be fulfilled. The pickup delay information said that they would only maintain the order until April 26th and if it isn't fulfilled by then they will cancel it. That is a small amount of time, so any information that can be given around the likelihood of me receiving the order will be appreciated.

Problem solved, I did in fact just need to be patient.

PACKAGE SAYS SHIPPED BUT FEDEX SAYS IT WAS NEVER RECEIVED

I ordered an iPad on 04/16/20 and it was supposed to arrive today. I never got updated tracking information so I contacted Best Buy Customer Service on the phone and they were really no help... They told me maybe it was delayed, that it actually will arrive on Tuesday, and that this was Fed Ex’s issue. I called Fed Ex and they informed me that they in fact never received the package. Best Buy Distribution electronically made the shipment label on Friday (04/17/20) but never gave the package to Fed Ex. This is worrisome to me and it was a lot of money. I just want my money back at this point. Customer service was not helpful at all and this all seems rather shady. Please, we’re all struggling right now and I saved for this to help me with school work. Please Best Buy, I have always been a good customer, please do the right thing.

Delayed Delivery

My delivery for my computer monitor was delayed, without warning and no estimate when it would be shipped. Why did it wait until the day of estimated delivery to tell me it was delayed? I don’t understand. Getting really aggravated with it. Every customer service rep I have talked too, has just told me they can’t help me and that I should call. Which I have and still haven’t gotten a clear answer. I understand why it was delayed. But why wasn’t I notified a day or two before the original estimated date? And why do I not know how long it will be delayed for?

Ship to Store - No update

I ordered a Nintendo Switch 4/14 and it would only let me select ship to store. It said it would be ready yesterday 4/18. I hadn’t gotten a notification that it was shipped but I checked my status on the phone anyway and it said my order number does not exist. When checking the store yesterday they just tell me they are sold out and it’s not there. I can’t get an update on where my order is or when it’s coming.

URGENT HELP NEEDED WITH DELAYED SAME-DAY SHIPPING

Hello,

 

I purchased a laptop yesterday from this story primarily because it offered same-day deliver for a charge of $5.99. I would have ordered a cheaper one from amazon or another company, it not for the promise of same day delivery for such a good price!!! I waited around all day refreshing my email until 9PM came and went and received (finally) an email from Best Buy telling me the order was delayed and that I should expect it tomorrow (Sunday April 19). However, I still have not recieved a confirmation email and my local store has no record of my order. I waited for an hour on hold to speak to a representative of Best Buy but they were very unhelpful. All they could tell me was a third party is responsible for picking up the order and shipping it and they have no information. At this point, I cant cancel my order nor change the shipping preferences and I have no idea when, or if, it will come today. Please help! During this time especially, I do not have $700 dollars to blow on a computer I need urgently which may or may not come.

Delayed Delivery

I made an order on 4/17 AM, 2 packages in the order were IN STOCK at the nearest location and were supposed arrive today, 4/19. I woke up to an email and text message saying my delivery got delayed, with a link for details... I clicked the link and there was little to no information as to why it was ever delayed to begin with, or when i can be expecting said delivery. All that was told was that if it doesn’t arrive in the next 7 days then it’ll be canceled. Okay so when can i EXPECT to receiebe it? And i have 2 more deliveries coming in the next week. I spent a good amount of money on this order and will gladly take my business elsewhere if you guys are going to be slacking to fulfill deliveries

Online site says shipped, USPS hasnt received item

I recently purchased a pair of expensive headset on the 16th of April 2020. Bestbuy.com says the item has been shipped and delivery date is 4/20 and as of yesterday it says "arriving tomorrow" today it still says it and the tracking number which links to USPS says they are still awaiting item to arrive to the USPS facility. How do I know if my package will arrive on time? Is USPS not updating their shipments? Please help.
