My order says it was shipped but there is no tracking info being provided. "We’re waiting for UPS to provide your tracking information, but it should be available soon."
My order says it will arrive tomorrow.

Bestbuy.com's tracking for items that are "Being Prepared for Pickup" is terrible. I didn't find out via website until the day after I was anticipating item pickup that the item was not yet available. I called the store day of and verified that it was not available. Additionally prior to this, the message displayed always read "Preparing for Pickup" there were never any additional details that led me to believe the order was moving in any way.
The store also said it may be unlikely to get the item. I'm upset that Bestbuy.com let the item be ordered in the first place if it was not going to be shipped to the store. I understand that it is hard to get at this time but why let it be purchased and why tell me it would be available by that day?
So the information that I want to get is whether or not the order will be fulfilled. The pickup delay information said that they would only maintain the order until April 26th and if it isn't fulfilled by then they will cancel it. That is a small amount of time, so any information that can be given around the likelihood of me receiving the order will be appreciated.

I purchased a laptop yesterday from this story primarily because it offered same-day deliver for a charge of $5.99. I would have ordered a cheaper one from amazon or another company, it not for the promise of same day delivery for such a good price!!! I waited around all day refreshing my email until 9PM came and went and received (finally) an email from Best Buy telling me the order was delayed and that I should expect it tomorrow (Sunday April 19). However, I still have not recieved a confirmation email and my local store has no record of my order. I waited for an hour on hold to speak to a representative of Best Buy but they were very unhelpful. All they could tell me was a third party is responsible for picking up the order and shipping it and they have no information. At this point, I cant cancel my order nor change the shipping preferences and I have no idea when, or if, it will come today. Please help! During this time especially, I do not have $700 dollars to blow on a computer I need urgently which may or may not come.
